Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Lhotse! We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:


Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 1PM (AEST), Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once processed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days → $10 (Free for orders over $80)

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days → $20

  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day → $30

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather events, or peak shopping periods (e.g., Christmas, sales events).


International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected countries. Rates vary by destination.

  • Delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the package arrives in the destination country.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

  • Tracking can be monitored via the carrier’s website.


Shipping Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Lhotse cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Peak shopping seasons (holidays, sales, etc.)

If there are significant delays, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.


Wrong Address & Unclaimed Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us at lhotsefshn@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your tracking information.

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
