Processing Time

Orders placed before 1PM (AEST), Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed the same day.

Orders placed after 1PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once processed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (Australia)

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days → $10 (Free for orders over $80)

Express Shipping: 2–3 business days → $20

Overnight Shipping: Next business day → $30

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries. Rates vary by destination.

Delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the package arrives in the destination country.
Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Lhotse cannot be held responsible for:

If there are significant delays, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Wrong Address & Unclaimed Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
