Refund policy

At Lhotse, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:
✔ Unworn, unused and in original condition
✔ With all original tags attached
✔ In original packaging
✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at lhotsefshn@gmail.com with your order details.
If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label, and

  • Instructions on where to send your package.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at lhotsefshn@gmail.com. We will resolve the issue quickly by providing a replacement, refund or repair in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
❌ Personalised or custom-made items
❌ Gift cards or sale items
❌ Health & personal care products
❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item.

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want.

This ensures the item you want is in stock and reaches you quickly.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, or does not meet consumer guarantees. These rights exist in addition to our 30-day return period.

European Union (EU) Orders

For EU customers, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to return your order for any reason, as per EU consumer laws.
The item must be in original condition, with tags and proof of purchase.
